We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to join our team! As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing our construction subcontractors and projects.
Construction Supervisor duties and responsibilities Planning construction processes Coordinating all work on construction site Supervising construction staff and keeping track of project process Collaborating with clients Estimating costs and taking care of the budget Purchasing materials and equipment Obtaining construction permits Performing inspections Overseeing subcontractor performance Ensuring safety and quality standards are met Excellent organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to lead a team Ability to complete projects on time Valid Drive License Verbal and written communication skills Computer Skills Recommended Skills Communication Construction Coordinating Leadership Problem Solving Purchasing Process Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
