47 an hour The Town of Clinton Facilities Department is seeking a Town/School Grounds position is responsible for performing outdoor grounds maintenance duties, basic routine equipment maintenance, and grounds keeping, including snow removal, mowing, and other related duties in order to ensure that the Town/Schools Buildings, Parks, Fields, and Cemeteries are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
This position is under the supervision of the Director of Facilities and reports to the Lead Grounds for daily tasks/responsibilities.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) to three (3) years of experience in general landscaping activities and general grounds maintenance/snow removal or any equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Special Requirements:
Valid Class D driver's license required; Must successfully pass CORI and criminal history (fingerprint-based) background check; Must be able to obtain a Hoisting License within six (6) months.
