Under the supervision of the Teller Supervisor, a Teller provides exceptional service to our members while processing a variety of transactions such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities to expand our member relationships by referring LCU products and services. Ideal candidates will have cash handling and customer service experience.
The schedule for this position is:
Thursdays: 10:45 am - 7:15 pm
Saturdays: 7:45 am - 12:15 pm
Required
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service and cash handling experience in a financial or service related position. Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships with customers and work as part of a team. Ability to utilize various types of office equipment, including computer terminal.
